Construction

Fabrication Management

GEV Offshore has access to large modern fabrication facilities through key partnerships and joint ventures around the World, handling shop fabrications up to 100 tonnes.


This includes dedicated clean fabrication shop facilities for projects constructed from high nickel alloy materials.

In addition, we have a dedicated and time served team of professionals to project manage and implement bespoke fabrication projects especially in the oil and gas sector.

This team can be mobilised together with equipment at short notice to client locations globally in order to provide support to either short term emergency requests to tendered projects.

We are capable of managing quality fabrication and have access to specialist skills in welding materials including carbon steels, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and other exotic alloys. Welding procedures can be are qualified to AWS D1.1, ASME 1X, NORSOK, and BS EN 288, BS4515 pt.1 & 2 standards utilising a wide range of industrial welding techniques for complex structures, pressure vessels and piping.
